Claudine Reid MBE is an award-winning Business Psychologist & Social Entrepreneur, who has more than 23 years of experience training and coaching individuals and businesses to recognise and embrace their capacity for more. She was voted as one of Britain’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs by Real Business magazine in 2008 and listed by Keep the faith magazine as one of Britain’s most influential Black women in both 2017 and 2019. As well as being listed By Royal Bank of Scotland as one of Britain’s top 100 most Entrepreneurial women.
Since the mid 90’s Claudine has been at the helm of the multi-award-winning Social Enterprise PJ’s Community Service. They have been providing services to enhance and transform communities by providing Personal & Domestic services Care to vulnerable adults and children, as well as Education and Enterprise Support services to new & developing entrepreneurs. Claudine is a certified leadership coach, trainer and speaker with the world-renowned John Maxwell Team. Claudine was the Former Cabinet Office Social Enterprise Ambassador advising the British Government on how raising the profile of Social Enterprise and Social Entrepreneurship across the country. She was appointed to the National Social Enterprise Expert Panel for Government Office of Civil Society recommending exemplary social entrepreneurs to the Prime Minister.
From 2003 – 2005 she was an advisor to the Secretary of State for the Department of Trade and Industry. Claudine has also been on the Ethnic Minority Advisory Board for the Department of Works and Pensions advising the British government on social enterprise issues impacting employment and pensions.
